Until that confirmation is issued, Shop Trends Zone reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any order — including orders affected by pricing errors, out-of-stock situations, or incomplete delivery details. Confirmation establishes a commitment between you and Shop Trends Zone to deliver the listed stock under the stated terms.

Every product listed in our catalog is checked before going live. However, stock levels shift daily, and listed items may occasionally become unavailable between the moment you browse and the moment you check out. If an item you ordered cannot be dispatched, we will inform you promptly and offer either a replacement of equal value or a full refund through cash on delivery adjustment. We do not guarantee continuous availability of any single item beyond what is shown at the time of order confirmation.

All prices displayed on Shop Trends Zone are listed in plain numbers with no hidden surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay on delivery — no surprise fees, no convenience charges, no fuel adjustments. If a pricing error occurs on a listing, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you before dispatch. Promotional markdowns apply only during the displayed window and revert to standard pricing once the timer ends.

Shop Trends Zone accepts cash on delivery (COD) only. No other payment method — including cards, wallets, bank transfers, or cryptocurrencies — is supported at checkout or at the door. Payment must be made in cash to the courier at the time the parcel is handed over. If exact change is not available, the courier will arrange a follow-up or arrange for change to the extent possible. Orders that are refused at the door without valid reason may affect your future eligibility for COD.

Orders placed before 3pm on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day. Each order receives a tracking reference once it leaves the Shop Trends Zone. Standard delivery windows range from 3 to 5 business days depending on destination. Same-day delivery, where available, is offered as an option at checkout based on your address.

Shop Trends Zone ships to all serviceable addresses within our delivery network. Free delivery applies to orders above $50; smaller orders carry a flat delivery fee shown clearly at checkout. If a courier is unable to reach your address — due to access restrictions, incorrect details, or absence — a re-attempt will be scheduled. Three failed attempts will result in the order being returned to the Shop Trends Zone, and a refund will be processed in cash through the courier network.

You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched from the Shop Trends Zone. Once an order is marked dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you may refuse the parcel at the door or initiate a return after delivery under our 14-day return policy. To cancel, use the contact form or reply to your confirmation message with your order ID. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued in cash at the door or through a courier return envelope.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some categories — including opened software, perishable food items, and used personal care products — are non-returnable for health and licensing reasons. Every product is inspected before listing, but defects can still emerge after delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or cash refund at our discretion. Warranty periods, where applicable, are mentioned in individual product descriptions and are typically handled directly with the original manufacturer.

Shop Trends Zone is liable only for the value of the products ordered and delivered through our platform. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. Our maximum liability for any single order is capped at the total amount paid in cash at the door for that order. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

All product descriptions, listings, layout, branding, and content on Shop Trends Zone are the intellectual property of our operation. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or republish catalog content for commercial purposes without written permission. Product names, brand names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced here only for listing and identification purposes.

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our catalog, operations, or policies. Any updates will take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to browse, order, or receive deliveries from Shop Trends Zone after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. When you place an order through Shop Trends Zone, we collect the details necessary to fulfil that order: your name, delivery address, phone number, and the items you ordered. We also collect non-identifying technical information such as browser type and general visit patterns to keep the catalog stable and secure. We do not collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or any other financial instrument data — because we accept cash on delivery only.

Your information is used strictly to process and deliver your orders, schedule courier handovers, confirm cash payment at the door, and provide order support. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand which product categories are popular and to improve our listings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstance.

The information you submit at checkout — name, address, phone, and order contents — is shared only with the courier assigned to deliver your parcel. The courier needs these details to locate your address, confirm the handover, and collect cash payment. Once the order is delivered and the cash is collected, the courier's copy of your details is retained only as long as required for delivery reconciliation.

Shop Trends Zone uses minimal browser storage to remember items in your cart and wishlist between visits. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile your behavior across the web. Any storage used by Shop Trends Zone can be cleared at any time through your browser settings without affecting your ability to place orders.

Order information is stored on systems protected against unauthorised access. Access to your personal details is limited to staff who need it to pack, dispatch, or support your order. Because we accept cash on delivery only, there is no card data on our servers — which removes the most common target of online breaches entirely. We regularly review access logs and limit internal visibility to active orders only.

We share your order details only with the courier handling your delivery. We do not share, rent, or trade your personal information with marketers, data brokers, advertising networks, or any third party for promotional purposes. If a legal authority requests specific order records through proper channels, we will comply only to the extent required and will inform you where permitted.

If you join our mailing list, you will receive occasional plain emails about new stock, markdowns, and catalog updates. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you leave the list, we stop sending marketing emails immediately. Transactional messages — such as order confirmations and dispatch updates — are not marketing emails and will continue regardless of your subscription status.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase — typically your order ID or the receipt handed over with the parcel. Items that show signs of use beyond a brief inspection, or that are missing accessories, may be refused or subject to a partial refund. If you are unsure whether an item qualifies, contact us before sending it back.

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Once the window closes, returns are no longer accepted unless the item is covered by a separate manufacturer warranty. The 14-day period is fixed and applies uniformly across all categories — there are no extended windows for premium items, and there are no shortened windows for clearance items.

Returned items must arrive at our Shop Trends Zone in resalable condition. This means: original packaging intact, all tags and labels attached, manuals and accessories included, and no signs of wear, staining, or modification. For hygiene-sensitive categories such as oral care, skin care, and certain personal care products, the seal must be unbroken. Items that fail the condition check will be returned to you at our discretion.

Certain categories are non-returnable for health, safety, or licensing reasons. These include: opened software license keys, perishable food items, frozen goods that have thawed, used personal care products, gift cards that have been redeemed, and any item marked "final sale" on its listing. If you attempt to return a non-returnable item, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

To start a return, use the contact form on this site or reply to your order confirmation message with your order ID and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions, including the Shop Trends Zone address and any specific packaging notes. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unannounced parcels may be refused at the Shop Trends Zone and returned to the sender.

If the return is due to a defective item, a wrong item delivered, or an error on our side, Shop Trends Zone covers the return shipping cost — our courier will collect the parcel from your address. If the return is due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. In both cases, the return must be packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

Once your returned item arrives at our Shop Trends Zone and passes the condition check, your refund is processed within 3 business days. Because we accept cash on delivery only, refunds are issued in cash through our courier network — a courier will visit your address with the refund amount. You will receive a confirmation message once the refund has been dispatched.

All refunds are issued through bank transfer.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, the same 14-day window and condition requirements apply. Contact us with your order ID and the variant you would like instead. If the requested variant is in stock, we will arrange the exchange through our courier — the original item is collected and the replacement is delivered, with any price difference settled in cash at the door.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if a defect becomes apparent within the first 48 hours of use, contact us immediately with photographic evidence and your order ID. We will arrange a free courier pickup of the damaged item and dispatch a replacement — or issue a full cash refund if a replacement is unavailable. Do not dispose of the original packaging until the matter is resolved.

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered — wrong variant, wrong quantity, or an entirely different product — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free courier pickup of the wrong item and dispatch the correct one at no additional cost. If the correct item is no longer available, a full cash refund will be issued through the courier network.

If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our Shop Trends Zone, no cash has changed hands yet — so no refund is required; the order is simply voided. If you cancel after dispatch but before delivery, you may refuse the parcel at the door. If you have already paid in cash and then wish to cancel, the refund will follow the same cash-through-courier process described in points 7 and 8 above.
